What we have done

Preparation of a feasibility study for a new cogeneration plant with a c.a. 6 MWe natural gas turbine to be installed at a paper mill in Lucca.

  • COMPANY
    The feasibility study was carried out on behalf of the company TEP Energy Solution Srl, on a Paper Mill plant in Lucca (LU). The company produces test liner paper reels for the manufacture of corrugated board and packaging boxes.
  • REQUIREMENT
    Decommissioning of the existing cogeneration plant and analysis of suitable size and design for the new high-yield cogeneration plant in order to ensure that the energy needs of the plant are fully satisfied.
  • SOLUTION
    Our team, in support of TEP Energy Solutions Srl, drew up a feasibility study to identify the best solution to optimize energy consumption whilst maximizing the resulting cost savings thus offering its Clients a business plan model of comparative solutions based on various types of gas turbines.
