What we have done

Services contract for supply of utilities (electricity, steam and hot water), produced using the newly constructed cogeneration plant fueled by natural gas with a nominal electric power output of approximately 5 MWe.

    Manuli Hydraulics Italy srl is a leading supplier of hydraulic solutions; Manuli Hydraulics products are used in hydraulic systems for industrial applications in various sectors such as construction, earthmoving, agriculture, transport and shipping.
  • REQUIREMENT
    Fulfill requirements for supply and optimization of energy sources required at the Client’s plant, Ascoli Piceno:

    - electric power;
    - saturated steam;
    - hot water.
  • SOLUTION
    CO-VER Power Technology constructed a new cogeneration power plant in ESCo mode at the Client’s plant located in Ascoli Piceno.
    The planned running regime for the power plant, which initially started with a nominal electric output at 4,866 kWel, was achieved in 20/10/2008.

    The power plant now supplies steam to the neighboring factory owned by Maflow Srl.

    The power plant now runs on a natural gas 999 kWe motor generator for production of energy, saturated steam and hot water.

    The Utilities Production and Supply agreement between CO-VER Power Technology and Manuli Rubber Industries has been extended until 2023.
