What we have done

Service contract for the supply of utilities (electricity, hot water, chilled water, heat transfer fluid) produced in the trigeneration plant  fueled by natural gas of 15,75 MWe by using motor generators. ESCo mode used for installation.

  • COMPANY
    Manucor’s core business consists in the production of Polypropylene Film for the packaging market. Inside the production site in Sessa Aurunca (CE) there is a trigeneration power plant for the factory service.
  • REQUIREMENT
    Improving the performances of the plant, guaranteeing the production of the energetic vectors required:

    - Electricity;
    - Hot water;
    - Chilled water;
    - Heat transfer fluid.
  • SOLUTION
    During the first six months of the contract, CO-VER Power Technology will implement the plant improvements needed to manage the plant’s performance, also taking advantage of the experience of CO-VER Engineerig S.r.l.

    Asset management will be executed throughout the duration of the contract (2017-2024) by CO-VER Power Technology staff.

    The plant consists of two segments made by different companies in two distinct time phases. CO-VER Engineering S.r.l. (a subsidiary of CO-VER Power Technology) has designed, supplied and installed the latest segment, which was commissioned in May 2003.
