What we have done

Re-certification of water tube boilers with steam production >15t/hour in order to obtain exemption from mandatory supervision for a 72 hour period.

  • COMPANY
    Eurogravure S.p.A. is the most modern and advanced rotogravure printing plant in Europe for the production and finishing of catalogues, magazines and flyers.
  • REQUIREMENT
    Exemption from the obligation of having a licensed operator on site at all times for the steam generators installed at the trigeneration plant.
  • SOLUTION
    CO-VER Power Technology designed and implemented changes to the steam generator so that 72 hour supervision is no longer necessary.

    Activities included the updating of existing documentation for the steam generator (PED technical documentation, use and maintenance manual), branding the generator as “CO-VER Power Technology” and obtaining the certification from the relevant supervisory authority.
