Study of the engineering designs needed to change the electrical substation in use at “La Rocca" wind farm from 30 kV to 150 kV for subsequent connection to the national grid.

Our team developed the basic and detailed engineering plans, providing the Client with the correct documentation to ensure the proper implementation of the electrical substation at the wind farm "La Rocca".

The design included:
- Drafting technical specifications for procurement of installation services and materials
- Components sizing
- Monitoring of electromagnetic fields, lightning strikes, risk of explosive atmospheres
- Finding a trusted organization for the civil engineering contract
