On apr. 23th CO-VER Power Technology has changed from a Limited Liability Company to a Joint-Stock Company, the share capital has been increased from € 11,000 to € 1,500,000.

 All the staff of the company, as well as the one of the sister company CO-VER Engineering, welcomed this important evolution with great enthusiasm.

 The Registered Office of the Company moves to Milan, whereas the Operational Offices in Verbania, Treviglio (BG), Novara, Ascoli Piceno and Sessa Aurunca (CE) will remain unchanged
