From January 8^th 2018 the first internship in CO-VER through the “Careers Service” of Politecnico University in Milan is going to start.

It’s an “extracurriculare” internship of a young recently graduated engineer coming from Isernia, born in 1992, who has got her master graduation in 2017 with 100/110 in Energy Engineering (Power Production).

The cooperation between University and companies is important to offer the students the opportunity of entering in the world of job soon after the degree.

The internship, whose lenght is six months, can be the beginning of a new collaboration for an undetermined time job. A good opportunity for both parties: the trainee can show his skills and enrich his curriculum and his experience, whereas the company can teach a job to a person already prepared for the theoric part and let him/her grow in a very creative and dinamic place, deciding of offering an undetermined time contract.

Among the future projects of CO-VER there is the plan of intensifying the internships trough the universities and give, in this way, a space inside the company to the new graduated.
